In this section you will learn the tools you need to recognize and navigate your negative self talk. You are not alone in your negative self talk, that pesky voice that continues to come up to tell you, you are not good enough. Our negative self-talk often stems from lifelong conditioning. We're told to be small but not too small, loud and proud but not conceited, smart but not arrogant. We're expected to work like we don't have kids and parent like we don't have a job, to be attractive but not know we are beautiful, the need to be everything at once is exhausting!
This negative self-talk is learned and just as we've learned these patterns, we can unlearn them. Unlearning these thoughts that have kept us "safe" for years is a process, and like any process, it begins with the first step.
