What can I expect from the Workshop?
In this workshop you can expect to cultivate a strong sense of self and empowerment around your body image. In this interactive and engaging workshop, you can expect to:
Understand the role of self-talk and learn how to reframe negative thoughts into neutral or positive ones .
Develop mindfulness strategies to help you be more present in your everyday life.
Move your body and learn how to focus on what your body can do rather than what it looks like.
Create an action plan to apply the skills you have learned in your personal and professional life.
Alyssa and guests will guide you through the workshop with a mix of cognitive, somatic, and movement exercises. You will leave the workshop with tools to feel more comfortable in your body.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for self-identifying women who want to increase their confidence in their body image. All demographics and bodies are welcome and celebrated in this workshop.
Where is this workshop?
This workshop will be in person at Mindful Somatic Wellness in Calgary, AB.
What is the investment?
The investment for this workshop is $250 and includes 3 mindset-changing sessions, a 30-minute private follow-up call, and lunch & tea/coffee.
